College Hill Residential Home is an 11 bed residential home situated in the heart of Harrow Weald.
The Home providers 24-hour residential care for younger & elder adults who require support due to being diagnosed with physical disabilities, mental health and dementia.
The Home is a family-run home, providing the values of family, caring and compassion throughout all aspects of our care.
Our Home and Facilities
College Hill has 11 bedrooms and is registered to support 11 service users.
Each bedroom has their individual en-suite facility to ensure that each service user has the opportunity for their independence. Each bedroom is fully furnished and is maintained in a high condition all our service user stay.
College Hill has a beautiful and rear garden. The garden provides an opportunity for our service users to enjoy in light gardening, relaxing in the weather, light walking exercises, and also to enjoy the view. The garden has a designated smoking area for all smoking individuals.
The Home has an on-site kitchen facility where all our delicious meals are prepared. Cuisine and food plays an important role in ensuring quality of life is maintained, and at College Hill we ensure this is performed. We enjoy participating in different meal options, as per our service user's requests. We perform a range of internationally diverse meals, ensuring all taste buds are full!

College Hill is a family-based residential home. We adopt the philosophy of 'mother-caring' - caring and treating our service users as family, and caring for them as such.
Our main aim as a residential home is to maximise our service user's quality of life whilst in our care. Living at College Hill is an opportunity for our service user's to improve their quality of life.
We strive in offering our service user's personalised range of activities and engagement, which will enhance their experience and preferences. A few of the activities and engagements we offer are:

In-house activities - dancing, singing, musical instrument playing, puzzles, crosswords.

Shopping trips to Harrow-on-the-Hill shopping centre, Harrow Weald Shops, Stanmore Shopping Centre.

Trips to local theatre performance showing, local gym, park excursions - and much more!

Annual holiday outing and excursion across UK.
We celebrate our good work and accomplishments and festivals together at College Hill. We host in-home parties and celebrations for birthdays, festivals and key events throughout the year!
This includes our annual and special Christmas Party.
Throughout the year, we aim to offer as much services and activities for our service users with whatever they wish to do. whilst also creating a joyful feeling throughout the home.
